THE
Chip Warmer is a First-In First-Out; pour-in unit designed to answer
the need of your high volume restaurants. It holds up to 22 gallons
of chips in a compact footprint. With a height of only 21” it allows
for counter top use while keeping sightlines with the customer open.
1250 watt element gets chips up to 160° in 15 minutes.
Most
unique, however, the 500-CW patented design has a module containing
elements, fan, and electronic components that snaps onto the back of
the unit. Just pop open the two snap-off clamps and the entire
cabinet is accessible. All inner slides and baffles are then quickly
